Intensive EMDR Services
Experience personalized intensive therapy services at Amy Groven, LMFT. Intensive EMDR therapy helps clients move though trauma at a faster rate, allows for more in-depth trauma resolution, and may give more immediate relief. It is a great option for those with time restraints who want to fast track their healing.
Half Day EMDR
This option is best for processing a specific event that occurred (i.e. car accident, assault, robbery, etc.)
Full Day EMDR
This option is great for those who have ongoing trauma that they need relief from (i.e. domestic violence, complex trauma, chronic illeness, etc.)
Multiple Full Days EMDR
This option is great for those who have found an ongoing story or theme of trauma that is affecting them (i.e. feeling unloveable due to childhood abuse, codependency, addiction, etc.)

15 minute phone consultation: Free
50 minute individual session: $180.00
Half day intensive (4 hours): $720.00 ($360.00 booking deposit)
Full day intensive (6 hours): $1080.00 per day (half the total is due for booking deposit)
